What are Pages?
Pages are what you write on every day. Three of them. Fill them up with whatever's on your mind, or whatever ought to be there. Especially focus on things you're excited about or things you're avoiding--things that stress you out or discourage you.

Why Write Pages?
The idea is that getting them on paper helps you think through them and find solutions--you can solve any problem with enough thought. All day long, fleeting thoughts run through your mind, but most people tend to let them run right back out before doing anything useful with them. Pages hold on to them long enough for you to notice them and learn.

The other idea is that thinking about what you want gets you thinking about how to get it, and you can only write about what you should be doing to get what you want for so many days before you actually take action. Does this scare you? No problem: pages help you overcome your fears and worries, too.

The other idea is that whatever you focus on grows. So explore, think, and act. You'll find your self-awareness growing by leaps and bounds. You'll find it increasingly easier to learn and grow. You'll find yourself happier and more stress-free. You'll find more of what you were put on this earth to find in the first place.
