Shallow thinking and logical errors limit and discredit your
writing. Developing strong critical thinking skills is largely done with practice.
Get a quote (any quote, every quote's a winner!)
and analyze it in detail by writing at least 5 questions that break it down into various
areas. Find several examples at http://www.uoflife.com/wc/concepts/quotes.htm.
Then lead a class discussion for 5 minutes using your quote and
questions.
