Fear

Fear is a major factor of most people’s lives, limiting their ability and decision to take risks and grow thereby. Fear sometimes helps you make good decisions but often persuades you to avoid things that would make you a better person or improve your situation. Never let fear be the deciding factor in your decisions. Don’t avoid something because it scares you, but because you believe you’re better off without it, and be honest with yourself when making this decision.

Often times, the simple act of facing your fears eliminates them. A phrase that might help you to face them is to ask yourself, "What’s the worst that could happen?" If the worst isn’t that bad, then get moving on it.

And here’s another great insight: the physiological reactions of fear and excitement are exactly the same. Fear is all in your head.
